Tasting Note
Mineral-driven orchard fruits (pear, apple) with citrus, white flowers and hazelnut. Rich, creamy mid-palate, bright acidity and saline, citrus-tinged finish with fine length and subtle oak spice.

Food Pairing
Western: pan-seared scallops, lobster with beurre blanc, roast chicken in cream sauce, soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert). Asian: miso-glazed cod, seared scallops with yuzu, salmon sushi, prawn tempura, mild coconut curry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; barrel fermentation and élevage in a mix of neutral and seasoned oak, indigenous yeasts and partial malolactic; matured on fine lees before bottling.
