Tasting Note
Floral (pressed yellow flowers) with candied orange peel, apricot, honeyed orchard fruit, toasted hazelnut and subtle spice. Rich, rounded mid-palate with saline minerality, moderate oak and a long, slightly drying finish.

Hand-harvested fruit; fermentation in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts, regular bâtonnage on the lees and élevage for ~12–18 months with ~30–40% new oak.
