Tasting Note
Concentrated Chardonnay: orchard fruit, lemon zest, white flowers, toasted hazelnut, beeswax and saline minerality. Powerful, layered and precise with a long, citrus-driven finish.

Food Pairing
Western: lobster with beurre blanc, roasted chicken, creamy mushroom risotto, seared scallops. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi (fatty tuna/otoro), Cantonese roast duck, tempura prawns.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; pressed whole or lightly crushed; fermented in French oak (portion new) with lees aging ~11–12 months; light fining and gentle filtration.
