Tasting Note
Silky, pure Pinot Noir: red cherry, raspberry, rose petal, exotic spice and forest floor, backed by saline minerality, fine tannins and lively acidity with a long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, lamb, beef, mushroom risotto, venison; Asian: Peking duck, char siu/roast pork, Korean bulgogi/galbi, miso-glazed fish, shiitake soba or mushroom hotpot.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; significant whole-cluster use for grands crus; fermented in concrete/wood vats; aged ~13 months in French oak (≈40% new); minimal filtration.

Vineyard Info
François Feuillet (investor) partners with winemaker David Duband; the domaine acquired prime Gevrey-Chambertin parcels since the 1990s and produced its first Grand Cru in 1998; small-production, low-yield, low-intervention approach.
