Silky, expressive Pinot Noir with ripe red and black cherry, raspberry, violet and forest-floor notes; subtle spice and toasted oak, fine-grained tannins and a long, mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; traditional Burgundian vinification with partial whole-cluster fermentation; matured 15–18 months in French oak (c.40% new).
