Tasting Note
Deep red with dark cherry, blackberry and wild berry notes, edged by leather, rose, spice and chalky minerality. On the palate it’s supple, vertical and concentrated with silky tannins and a long savory finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast beef, boeuf bourguignon, duck confit, venison, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), miso-glazed aubergine, shiitake stir-fry.
Production Method
