Tasting Note
Concentrated, mineral-driven Chardonnay: jasmine, white peach, nectarine, grapefruit and lemon oil with cashew, toasted oak and struck-match flint. Rich, chalky texture, saline minerality, high-tension acidity and a long, precise finish.

Estate-grown fruit; hand-harvested; barrel-fermented in French oak (mix of new and seasoned), indigenous yeasts, aged on lees, minimal filtration; gravity-assisted handling; bottled under screw cap.
Vineyard Info
Founded by Rick Kinzbrunner in 1982; small estate planted on granitic loam at ~400m elevation in Beechworth. Low yields and Burgundian-influenced, family-run viticulture and winemaking (son Nathan involved).
