Tasting Note
Golden colour with fine bubbles. Fresh citrus and pink grapefruit, jasmine and frangipane on the nose; mid‑palate shows baked apple, pear cake, candied ginger and pastry notes, finishing long, saline and mineral.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, scallops, lobster, roast chicken with cream sauce, soft cheeses. Asian: sashimi/sushi, delicate tempura, steamed dim sum (har gow), Thai coconut fish curry.

Production Method
Traditional méthode champenoise; long élevage on the lees (vintage-aged many years before disgorgement). Gosset avoids malolactic fermentation for this cuvée.

Maison Gosset, founded 1584 in Aÿ, sources Grand Cru and Premier Cru Chardonnays from top villages; Celebris Blanc de Blancs 2012 was produced in limited quantity as the house's first vintage BdB.
