Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry with graphite, violets, cedar and spice. Silky texture with firm, powdery tannins, saline minerality and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; 15 months élevage in French oak (≈50% new); bottled at the estate. First vintage from the new cellar.
