Tasting Note
Full-bodied, rich white with white peach, apricot, lemon-lime zest, acacia and lanolin/waxy texture; chalky minerality and saline, very long finish.

Production Method
Early-morning hand harvest with cooling on arrival; stainless-steel vat sorting, fermentation and élevage in oak (40.4% new barrels); lees ageing to build texture and phenolic grip.
