Tasting Note
Inky black-fruit core (blackberry, cassis, plum) with black truffle, tobacco, smoke, graphite and cool minerality. Full-bodied, dense, mouth-coating texture, ripe grainy tannins and a very long, earthy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed; temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation; matured ~18 months in French oak (≈78% new); blended and bottle-aged before release.
