Tasting Note
Concentrated black fruit, cassis and plum with cedar, graphite, truffle and exotic spice; velvety, full-bodied palate with fine-grained tannins, bright mineral lift and an epic, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged comté; Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ, miso-glazed black cod, char siu, soy-braised short ribs.

Production Method
Hand-harvested and sorted; parcel vinification with controlled fermentation, then aged c.18–20 months in French oak (≈62% new) before blending and bottling.
