Tasting Note
Blackcurrant, blueberry and plum with tobacco, graphite, cedar and smoky mineral notes. Full-bodied, concentrated fruit, fine-grained yet powerful tannins and bright acidity, finishing long with violet and spicy oak.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel-by-parcel fermentation with malolactic conversion; matured 18–24 months in French oak barrels (approx. 60–80% new), followed by extended bottle ageing.
