Tasting Note

Elegant yet intense Sonoma Coast Pinot: dusty red cherry and cranberry fruit, floral lift, savory earth and baking spice, with lithe tannins and a fresh, lingering finish.


Food Pairing

Roasted duck, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, pork tenderloin; Asian: miso-glazed cod, teriyaki chicken, char siu, mushroom-based ramen or Korean BBQ.


Production Method

Estate-harvested from selected oldest blocks, small-lot fermentations with some whole-cluster inclusion depending on block; reserve barrel selection; ~15 months aging in French oak (portion new).
