Tasting Note
Deep purple, powerful Syrah with black and blue fruit, cracked black pepper, resinous and balsamic notes; dense, structured palate with fine, persistent tannins and a long spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Syrah; cold-soaked, fermented in small oak vats (≈30–40 days), matured ~24 months in oak barrels (mix of new/used), finished and bottle-aged before release.
