Tasting Note
Concentrated Chardonnay with orchard fruit, white flowers, toasted hazelnut, citrus peel and pronounced stony minerality; rich, creamy mid-palate, bright acid and a long, saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; gentle pressing, barrel fermentation and élevage (≈12 months, ~20% new oak) then ~6 months in stainless steel; light filtration and bottled after ~18 months.
