Tasting Note
Ripe green apple, pear and citrus with white flowers, flint/mineral and saline stony notes. Medium–full-bodied, racy acidity, integrated oak and a long, saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; gentle whole‑cluster pressing, barrel fermentation with ~15–20% new oak, 12 months in barrel then further ageing in tank before bottling.
