Tasting Note

Powerful, elegant Grand Cru Pinot: black cherry and dark berry, spice and cocoa, forest floor and wet stone. Refined but present tannins, lively acidity and a long, layered finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast duck, beef bourguignon, wild mushroom risotto, roast lamb. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, grilled wagyu or beef tataki, mushroom soba or miso-glazed aubergine.


Production Method

100% hand-harvested; pre-fermentation cold destemming; 15-day maceration on skins with native yeasts; aged 16 months in oak (≈40% new); minimal fining/filtration.
