Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, mushroom risotto, roasted pork, beef Wellington, poultry with truffle sauce. Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed black cod, teriyaki chicken, sukiyaki or bulgogi, Cantonese roasted pork.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir from Taillepieds and north Clos des Chênes parcels; traditional Burgundian fermentation with gentle extraction and ageing in French oak with limited new oak (estimated 12–18 months).
Vineyard Info
Domaine Coche‑Dury (Meursault) is a small, family-run domaine famed for refined Burgundies; Raphaël Coche now runs the estate, producing tiny lots of highly sought-after whites and limited, elegant reds.
