Tasting Note
Dark cassis, plum and blackberry with violet florals, tobacco and subtle coffee/clove spice. Medium-bodied with fine, savoury tannins, bright acidity and a long, savory finish of dark chocolate, forest floor and spice.

Production Method
Estate-grown Clare Valley Cabernet and Malbec; fermented with gentle extraction, matured in seasoned/1‑year hogshead oak for ~12 months, then blended and bottled.
