Tasting Note
Concentrated blackberry and plum with dark chocolate, licorice and roasted-meat spice. Silky, fine-grained tannins, savory graphite/mineral edge and a long mocha- and spice-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Shiraz from low-yield Armagh blocks; small-batch fermentation and ~16 months maturation in French and American oak (approximately 90% new) prior to bottling.
