Tasting Note
Bright apple, lemon-lime, white flowers and wet stone with saline, smoky-lime peel notes; precise, mineral-driven palate with fine acidity and a persistent, tension-filled finish.

Production Method
Organic/biodynamic viticulture, native-yeast fermentation, élevage in mostly neutral oak with limited new barrels and occasional foudre; minimal intervention in cellar.
