Tasting Note
Deep ruby; aromas of ripe cherry, spice, cigar and exotic wood; with age develops gamey notes. Velvety texture with balanced acidity and refined tannins; long candied-fruit finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; 20–50% whole-cluster (vintage dependent), 2–3 weeks fermentation in small open vats using indigenous yeasts; vertical press; aged 16–20 months in French oak (≈30% new).
