Tasting Note
Concentrated blackberry and blackcurrant with mocha, cocoa, dried lavender, cardamom, cedar and tobacco; opulent, supple tannins and a long earthy, savory finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roast lamb, mushroom ragout, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), Chinese char siu or braised beef, hoisin-glazed duck, Szechuan pepper beef.

Production Method
Blend of estate and grower fruit; fermented and matured 24 months in 100% new French oak (multiple coopers) before bottling.
