Tasting Note
Dense black-currant, blackberry and wild blueberry with cocoa, graphite, violets and subtle cedar. Medium–full bodied with fine-grained, firm tannins, bright freshness and a long, velvety finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, Sichuan-style beef, soy-ginger braised short ribs.
