Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and black plum with cocoa, graphite, tobacco and violet notes. Silky, layered palate with ripe dark fruit, savory herbs, mint and fine dusty tannins, finishing very long and balanced.

Food Pairing
Western: roast ribeye, braised short ribs, lamb chops, beef stew, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Peking duck, char siu, spicy Szechuan beef, grilled miso-marinated tuna.

Production Method
Estate-grown Bordeaux varietals fermented separately, blended and aged 24 months in 100% new French oak; traditional vinification with hand sorting and careful barrel aging.
