Tasting Note
Concentrated, saline-driven Riesling: lemon and lime zest, fresh pineapple, white peach, and fine herbal notes. Very tight, chalky minerality with vibrant acidity, subtle phenolic grip and a long, precise, saline finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled or poached sea bass, roast chicken with lemon, goat cheese, shellfish (scallops, oysters), pork tenderloin. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls, spicy Sichuan dishes, Korean BBQ pork belly.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested grapes, low yields; native-yeast (spontaneous) fermentation, extended lees contact; matured 12–18 months in large neutral oak/large casks and stainless steel; minimal intervention, VDP.GG classification.

Family estate since 1789; led by Klaus‑Peter Keller; VDP member. Oberer Hubacker is a limestone-rich steep monopole (top part historically a Keller monopoly).
