Tasting Note
Concentrated black-fruit core (blackberry, black cherry, cassis) with violet florals, truffle, dark chocolate and cocoa; dense, silky tannins and a long, ganache-like finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled concrete vats with extended maceration; full malolactic fermentation and ~18 months in new French oak (majority new).
