Tasting Note
Reserved, classic Pauillac: graphite and pencil-shavings with cassis, tobacco leaf, cedar and subtle floral/menthol notes; firm, elegant black-fruit palate with chalky minerality and long refined tannins.
Food Pairing
Western: roast ribeye, rack of lamb, venison, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Cantonese roast pork (char siu), Korean BBQ beef, spicy Szechuan beef stir-fry.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless tanks, matured ~18–20 months in new oak barrels.
