Tasting Note
Cassis and intense black fruit with cedar, tobacco, graphite and truffle. Port‑like viscosity, rich concentrated core, silky yet sculpted tannins, pronounced mineral/earth undertones and an extremely long, layered finish with leather and spice notes.

Food Pairing
Western: roast ribeye, leg of lamb, venison, beef Wellington, truffle mushroom dishes. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean galbi or braised short ribs, miso‑glazed beef/pork, rich soy‑braised dishes.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification with extended maceration, fermentation in vats and élevage in French oak barriques followed by long bottle ageing at the château.
