Tasting Note
Deep garnet with amber edge. Aromas of blackcurrant, tobacco, cedar, eucalyptus and leather. Full, concentrated palate of blackberry, dark cherry, cocoa and spice with firm dry tannins and long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled vats, followed by malolactic fermentation and extended élevage in oak barrels (including new oak) before bottling.
