Tasting Note
Powerful, concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry, graphite, cigar box and cedar; dense, full-bodied with towering ripe tannins, a savory mineral core and an exceptionally long, dark-fruited finish.

Western: roasted ribeye, lamb rack, beef bourguignon, aged hard cheeses (Comté, aged cheddar). Asian: Peking or Cantonese roast duck, Korean barbecue (galbi), char siu, soy-braised short ribs.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; destemmed; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with extended maceration; matured ~18 months in new French oak. Traditional Bordeaux blending and strict estate selection.
