Tasting Note
Imposing blackcurrant, blackberry and cassis with graphite, pencil-lead, cedar and tobacco. Extremely concentrated, powerful tannins, firm mineral core and a remarkably long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation and extended maceration; aged c.18 months in French oak (predominantly new) before bottling.
