Reserved, elegant dark raspberry and blackberry with floral and forest-floor notes, cool minerality, silky texture, ripe fine tannins and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Fully destemmed fruit with 6–8 days cold pre-fermentation maceration, indigenous yeasts, 4–5 weeks vatting; aged ~12–15 months in oak (≈50% new).

Small family holdings; Xavier Horiot reclaimed family vineyards after lengthy legal battle—Latricières parcel ~0.17 ha at top of the climat. Artisanal, low-yield farming.
