Tasting Note
Bright, ripe cherry and raspberry with redcurrant and blackcurrant, notes of liquorice, violet and forest floor; opulent, silky and full-bodied with firm acidity, balanced tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Grand Cru Pinot Noir; vinified with ambient yeasts, minimal intervention, low sulfur, little-to-no new oak and élevage on fine lees to preserve purity and freshness.

Laurent Ponsot (after leaving Domaine Ponsot in 2017) established his eponymous venture in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux, sourcing top Grand Cru parcels and working with his family to produce authentic Burgundies.
