Tasting Note
Cigar box and dark plum aromas with licorice, cocoa and caramel notes. Medium–full, silky palate of black cherry, plum and chocolate with polished tannins and a lingering, slightly sweet, dark-fruit finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, small-batch vinification with cold maceration; fermented in stainless tanks and aged ~18–20 months in French oak (high proportion new oak) at Château Teyssier cellars.
