Ripe red and black cherry, plum, cocoa and dark chocolate with hints of tobacco, truffle and mineral lift. Silky texture with well-defined, polished tannins and a vanilla-spiced finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented with pigeage/pumping-over; malolactic fermentation in barrel; aged in new and used French oak for 12–18 months.
