Tasting Note
Deep ruby with purple rim. Concentrated black cherry, plum and blackberry, with floral lift, orange peel, tobacco, cedar and earthy minerality. Ultra-fine tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, savory finish.

Grilled/fatted steak, roast lamb, venison, truffle pasta, aged Pecorino; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, mushroom-based hot pot (less spicy).
Production Method
100% Merlot; hand-harvested, sorted and destemmed. Small‑lot fermentation in steel/concrete with long maceration; aged ~20–24 months in French barriques (majority new). Minimal intervention winemaking.
