Tasting Note
Ripe plum and black cherry with cocoa, orange peel, cinnamon and cedar notes. Medium–full body, polished fine tannins, plush texture and a long savory finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef short ribs, duck confit, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), miso-glazed eggplant or braised beef with soy.
Production Method
Blend of three vintages (2016/2017/2018). Grapes hand-harvested, small-batch fermentation (stainless steel), matured c.12–18 months in oak barrels, then blended and bottled.

Château Le Pin is a tiny (~2.7 ha) Pomerol estate founded in 1979 by the Thienpont family, renowned for ultra‑low yields, concentrated Merlot-based wines and very limited production.
