Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry, cigar-box, pencil-lead, licorice and truffle notes; medium–full, velvety tannins, balanced freshness and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in wood, cement and stainless vats; matured 18–20 months in French oak barriques (50–100% new depending on vintage).
