Tasting Note
Concentrated cassis, black cherry and kirsch with violet, graphite, cedar and toasty oak. Powerful, structured, firm yet refined tannins and a long, saline-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented in a mix of stainless-steel, wood and cement vats; malolactic fermentation followed by élevage ~18 months in French oak (approx. 60–70% new).
