Tasting Note
Deep blackberry and cassis core with graphite, pencil shavings, tobacco and cedar. Very concentrated, firm powdery tannins, fresh acidity and a long, powerful finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermentation in stainless steel vats with malolactic fermentation; aged ~15 months in French oak (≈70% new).
