Tasting Note

Concentrated blackcurrant, black cherry, graphite and cedar with violet and tobacco undertones. Full-bodied, dense palate with ripe, powdery tannins, saline mineral edge and a long, layered finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef stew, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses (Comté, Parmigiano). Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), Chinese char siu or Cantonese roast meats, Peking duck, Sichuan beef, miso‑glazed aubergine.


Production Method

Traditional Bordeaux vinification; parcel selection, fermentation in temperature‑controlled vats; malolactic (1/3 in vats, 2/3 in barrels); ~18 months in French oak (≈75% new).
