Tasting Note

Concentrated cassis and blackberry with graphite, pencil‑lead and cedar; subtle garrigue and saline minerality. Ripe, powdery tannins, robust structure and a long, mouthwatering finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, beef stew, cassoulet. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), braised beef short ribs, miso‑glazed mushroom dishes.


Production Method

Blended from estate fruit (≈60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot); fermented and matured ~18 months in French oak barriques (about 75% new). First vintage vinified in Lynch‑Bages’ new winery (2020).
