Tasting Note
Dense blackcurrant and cassis with graphite, tobacco, cedar and pencil-lead; full-bodied, velvety yet firm tannins, savory truffle and spice notes, very long polished finish.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: hand-harvested, fermented and malolactic conversion, aged ~18 months in French oak (circa 70–75% new).
