Tasting Note
Lemon and ripe orchard fruit with toasted almond, hazelnut, sea-shell minerality and a hint of buttered brioche. Medium-plus body, bright acidity and a long, mineral finish with subtle smoke and honeyed notes.

Western: roast chicken in cream sauce, lobster/butter, mushroom risotto, seared scallops, aged soft cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, steamed fish with ginger & scallions, miso-glazed black cod, light Thai coconut seafood.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes, pneumatic/whole-cluster pressing, fermented and aged in French oak barrels with malolactic fermentation; partial new oak and aging ~12–18 months, light filtration.
