Tasting Note

Lemon, pear, white flowers and honeyed stone fruit with brioche/toasted almond notes, saline minerality, creamy texture and a long citrus-peel finish.


Food Pairing

Roast chicken, lobster or scallops with beurre blanc, truffle risotto, pork belly; Asian: miso-glazed cod, tempura lobster, sushi (fatty tuna), creamy coconut curry.


Production Method

Hand-harvested, gentle pneumatic pressing; fermented and aged ~18 months in oak (≈20% new), then rested before bottling. Indigenous yeasts, light fining/filtration.

Family domaine founded by Marc Colin (1970s), ~12–20 ha focused on top Côte de Beaune whites (Saint-Aubin, Chassagne, Puligny) with holdings near Montrachet.
