Elegant black-currant and blackberry core with violet and pencil-lead aromatics, cedar and truffle notes; firm, fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity and a long, refined finish.

Western: roast lamb, ribeye, beef tenderloin, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Sichuan-style braised beef.


Production Method
