Concentrated, perfumed blackcurrant and blackberry with violet and graphite notes; cedar, tobacco and warm spice; medium–full body, refined chewy tannins, bright freshness and a long mineral finish.


Food Pairing

Roast lamb, grilled ribeye, venison, aged hard cheeses; Asian pairings: Peking duck, char siu (barbecued pork), braised beef with star anise, Korean barbecue, mushroom hot pot.


Production Method

Hand-harvested with rigorous sorting; traditional Bordeaux vinification and élevage in French oak barrels; selection into Grand Vin (38% of crop).
