Elegant and perfumed: blackcurrant and blackberry, violets, cedar, pencil lead and tobacco; medium-full body, fine-grained tannins, saline minerality and a long savory finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested with strict selection for the Grand Vin (~34%); fermentation in oak/temperature-controlled vats; aged ~18–24 months in French oak (notable new oak use).
